Foo Fighters & Rick Astley

Foo Fighters played Japan’s Summer Sonic Festival on Saturday, August 19th and so too did Rick Astley, so of course they got together during the Foos’ headlining set to perform a grungy rendition of Astley’s eternal meme and ’80s hit “Never Gonna Give You Up.” “This is --kin’ crazy — I just met him two minutes ago,” Dave Grohl said. Then Astley screamed, “Come on you motherf--kers!”

Car Falls Seven Stories From parking Garage

In Austin, Texas, a woman has miraculously survived after driving her luxury sedan off the side of an Austin parking garage. Authorities say the woman mistook the gas pedal for the brakes and drove her BMW through the retention wires on the seventh floor of the downtown parking garage, according to Austin police. The video shows the BMW crash front-first into the pavement, before bouncing off the back of a Chevrolet Tahoe owned by William Burch. Burch, who was uninjured, told Austin’s KXAN News he was on the phone with his mother when the BMW struck his vehicle.
